Woodsystems & Google

Woodsystems is a cloud-based ERP for custom cabinet shops and woodworking businesses: estimates, invoices, scheduling, job tracking, payments, and customer communication in one place. You can optionally connect Gmail and Google Drive to fit Woodsystems into the tools you already use.

Gmail

When you send an estimate, invoice, or message from Woodsystems, it goes out through your connected Gmail account, from your real address, and lands in your Sent folder.

Google Drive

Woodsystems reads job files from the Drive folders you connect (drive.readonly) and writes your job folders and files into a Drive folder you choose — including your existing customer folders (drive.file, which you authorize through the Google file picker). It only manages the folders and files it creates; it never modifies files you made yourself in Drive.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
