Before you decide
Does Woodsystems do inventory and purchasing?
Yes, as optional capabilities: suppliers and price lists, purchase orders, receiving with labels and scanning, stock counts and a bill of materials per work order.
Does Woodsystems replace accounting software?
No. It runs the money flow around the job and syncs with QuickBooks Online. Odoo can be the ledger itself; Woodsystems deliberately is not.
Is Woodsystems open source?
No. It is a hosted product run by us, with a Public API for your website and integrations.
Should we demo Odoo before choosing Woodsystems?
Yes. Demo Odoo, Woodsystems and any other finalist, and score them the same way. We would rather win a fair comparison than a rushed one.
