How do work orders help us control the job?+
Work orders separate build, delivery, installation, or other repeatable work from the customer-facing financial record. They can include phases, dates, assigned people, checklists, progress, and applied labor without exposing prices to the shop floor.
Can we track information unique to our company?+
Yes. Custom fields capture typed job facts, while reusable job forms support working documents, sections, checkboxes, repeating groups, ownership, due dates, and completion states.
How does the team know what needs attention?+
Jobs, tasks, work orders, schedules, notifications, and activity are tied to the same record. People can see assigned work and managers can see overdue or stalled work without rebuilding the answer elsewhere.
Can project managers control who is involved?+
